Gear Pumps
Parker’s full line of high and low speed pumps provide power ranging up to 15,000 inch-pounds of torque with speeds ranging from 1/2 rpm to 13,000 rpm. A complete range of sizes is offered in gear, gerotor, vane and piston style operating configurations. Fixed and variable displacement motors are available. Parker hydraulic motors deliver excellent performance with high efficiency, true wear compensation and longer service life.

Gearmotor R series (two-stage and three-stage)
Our complete range of helical gearmotors provides the optimum size and power solution for every drive task. And for applications where weight is an issue, our multi-stage gear units provide something special: Thanks to their die-cast aluminum design, the models R07, R17 and R27 are three particularly efficient lightweights – ideal as satellite drives and for use in light machine constructions. Reduced backlash helical gear units are also available for particularly precise requirements.
Helical Gearmotor RM Series
RM gearmotors with extended output bearing hub are a special type of helical gearmotor. They were designed especially for agitating applications and allow for high overhung and axial loads and bending moments. The remaining data corresponds to that of standard helical gearmotors.
SIMOGEAR
Having market conform connecting dimensions, the latest SIMOGEAR gear motors are 1:1 compatible to the current standard. SIMOGEAR gear motors are an economic alternative easy for replacements in already existing installations or to implement in new designs. Surely, the new series of gear motors fit the Siemens DriveTrain in an optimal way.
The new SIMOGEAR Siemens geared motors deliver performance from 0.09 kW up to 55 kW. It can achieve a gear unit torque up to 8.000 Nm with helical, parallel shaft, helical bevel and worm geared gear units, additional types and sizes will follow. Due to accordance to the current measures, SIMOGEAR is compatible to many other suppliers of gear motors.

HIGH PRESSURE OIL SEALS
The rotary shaft oil seal is an indispensable component in lubricated rotating equipment and must be chosen with caution in order to ensure that the correct design and materials are used to provide a long-lasting life for the rotating equipment.
These variations of the G and M type seals are engineered to withstand pressure up to 10 BAR (1 MPa), although this limit has been exceeded in some applications. These seals are available with or without an additional dust lip. The G type and its high pressure variants show a metal insert covered by rubber, while the M type and its variants offer a bare metal body on the outside diameter.
OIL FILM BEARINGS
Primary shaft oil seals for oil film bearings. The BBS® oil seals are available in both DF and MX style to fit every customers’ requirement.
Used in steel mill: back-up rolls (hot and cold rolling mills). The BBS® oil seals can be supplied together with the corresponding Water Seal, or with specific V-Rings (secondary seal).
ROTARY SHAFT OIL SEAL
The rotary shaft oil seal is an indispensable component in any lubricated rotating equipment.
The •FP• oil seals provide the right solution to every sealing problem.
•FP• rotary shaft oil seals are produced according to modern engineering techniques with high-performing materials, as requested by industry specifications.
V-RINGS
Endless all-rubber face seal produced up to 2.100 mm in one single piece and joint-vulcanized for larger diameters. It works as a front seal and it is the perfect solution to prevent contamination from dirt, dust, or water. It can be used as a secondary seal to protect the primary seals.
The V-Ring is a seal of easy use and assembly since it is self-retaining on the shaft and does not need a special finishing grade and tolerance. The contact area can have a roughness from Ra 0.5 to Ra 1.6 according to the speed and the fluids to be sealed.
WIPER SEALS
Rod wipers for alternative linear movements have been designed to give first-class protection to seals and driving bodies in hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder applications.
The main function of the rod wiper is to keep the rod clean from any possible impurity.
The •FP• rod wipers have a chamfer on the outside diameter to facilitate the press fitting into the housing. To simplify the installation, the bore should have a chamfer as per DIN 3760.

Ameridrives Couplings has responded to industry demand for a cold-install hub that provides the secure torque transmission and balance repeatability of an interference fit. We’ve combined our Ameriloc shaft locking devices with Torsiflex-i to provide a pre-engineered solution that meets the balance requirements of API 610.
Torsiflex-I Disc Couplings
Torsiflex-i disc couplings are specifically designed for process pump and general industrial applications. Torsiflex is an all-metal disc coupling requiring no lubrication which incorporates a plug-in feature to allow installation and removal without disturbing the pump alignment.

Americardan 2000 Series U Joints
The Ameridrives Universal Joint is available in seven basic bearing designs:
Sizes U2131-U2155: Needle bearing design. Bearing caps are retained by snap rings.
Sizes U2160-U2188: Needle bearing design. Bearing caps are retained by bolts.
Sizes U2192: Uses two rows of roller bearings. Bearing caps are retained by snap rings. Lube fitting in center of cross.
Americardan 5000 and 3000 Series U-Joints
Designed for operation at high misalignment angles up to 15º. Bearing and seal design resists lubrication loss and contamination. Ideal for use in severe atmospheric conditions. Superior materials and tight tolerances have proven to reduce vibration levels in rolling mills.
5000 Series are high torque designs ideal for applications with diameter restrictions such as cold mills. Catalog sizes range from 225 mm to 860 mm swing diameters and peak torque capacities up to 5647 kNm. Higher torque, custom designs are available in excess of 1200 mm swing diameter.
3000 Series are rated for high misalignment angles and are available in catalog sizes from 55 mm to 860 mm swing diameters and peak torque capacities up to 3153 kNm. Higher torque, custom designs are available in excess of 1000 mm swing diameter. Sizes 3440 and larger incorporate a unique inner race design within the bearing package to reduce routine repair costs by approximately 50%.
